Happy Birthday to our big girl, Savannah. It is hard to believe three years ago today we were welcoming her into our family.

Today I took her for our 2nd annual trip to Bridge Street Shopping Center to take some fun playful pictures. I knew this outfit I put together would be perfect for the setting. She was happy and willing for me to take her picture today, but we just had to fight the wind. We were both sad to see that the carousel was closed for repairs. It would have been a fun treat and a great photo op.

After we finished with pictures, we went to Red Robin and split one of her favorite meals, chicken fingers and french fries. Then they came and sang "Happy Birthday" and brought the birthday girl an ice cream treat. She acted a little shy and embarressed when they sang to her we, but welcomed the ice cream.

Sarah Beth did great sleeping in the stroller most of the time we were there.

Here is a list of things to remember about Savannah at 3

--Can carry on a conversation with you
--Loves to play with and take care of baby dolls (AnnaBelle, Lissie, random Sarah dolls)
--Loves her baby sister, always wants to touch and get in her face; she has to come find her as soon as she wakes up in the morning
--Says Harry Potter is her favorite movie
--Starting to get into princesses; Cinderella or "Cindergreta" as she calls her is her favorite
--Likes to dress up in princess clothes and tutus
--Can tell you who gave her every little toy or item in the house
--Loves getting mail
--Likes to be independent and called a "Big Girl"
--Likes to look at pictures
--Doesn't usually mind having her picture taken lately
--Always talks about birthdays
--Loves to eat cake
--Picks up toys at the store and says, "I want this for my birthday." Started that right after Christmas.
--Makes up random songs and strings together all the songs she knows, while riding in the car
--Loves to go to B'ham to see Grandparents
--Likes to go to Publix; gets a cookie if she behaves
--Likes to go to storytime and check out new books
--Likes to read a book and sing "Jesus Loves Me" before going to bed
--Wants to have lights on when sleeping
--Takes a nap most days, but often argues about having to take a nap
--Can throw a tantrum when she doesn't get what she wants (usually when she is tired)
--Can follow commands to go get something or put something up; doesn't like to pick up toys though
--Loves going to bible class
--Still thinks Byron is at the doctor
--Hair is getting longer and curly. Long enough for a ponytail

--Still very tall for her age
--Is potty trained. Started wearing panties everyday without accidents the first of March. Stays dry through the night. Began having accidents a few weeks after Sarah Beth was born, because she waits to long
